Building these Docs Locally
Install these:
$ pip install sphinx sphinx-autobuild sphinx_rtd_theme
To run the server:
$ cd docs
$ ./server.bat
or
$ sphinx-autobuild . _build/html
Then visit http://localhost:8000 to see the docs.
