[ ] README is updated
[ ] Bump version.rb
[ ] Do a full rake locally
[ ] Travis is passing on dev branch
[ ] `gem push pkg/squib-x.y.z.gem`
[ ] `rake doc`
[ ] Push `rake doc` to website
[ ] Bump version.rb to the next alpha
